- Force close and relaunch Multiple Accounts. Make sure you fully close the app and don't just suspend it by tabbing your device's home screen!
- Close all other apps running on your device.
- Ensure you have the most current version of Multiple Accounts and the app you're trying to clone.
- Check to see if your device has any outstanding system updates, if it doesn't be sure to update to the latest Android version before relaunching Multiple Accounts.
- Try on both WIFI and your cell network - some issues can be specific to different connection speeds.
